Yoga is all about balance, the balance of masculine and feminine, the balance of day and night, the balance of mind, body and spirit. It is a wonderful practice for everyone at any ability.
I have grown up with yoga in my life. Yoga can help in so many ways in life. Emotionally and physically. I trained with the British wheel of yoga and in sound moves although I teach Hatha yoga I have an interest in many different styles incorporating them into my teaching. I am a big believer in taking yoga into your everyday life. |

I am a sound therapist whose fascination for the healing aspects of sound is inspired by my love for plant folklore, natural self-reliance and exploring wild places. Having worked in education for over 20 years, I now offer group and 1:1 sound therapy sessions, and I am currently training as a wild foraging guide.

Hello my name is Claire Humphries and for most of my adult life I have lived in North Yorkshire. I was born in Dorset and studied Fashion design at art college there. My working life has been spent as a designer maker and latterly I've been teaching textiles and dressmaking to adults, which I love.
Throughout my life I have had an interest in the esoteric, studying various forms of complementary therapies, practising meditation and being part of spiritual groups. In 2008 while recovering from a serious illness I was introduced to Aura Soma, a colour care system for the soul. This brought together my love of colour with the natural kingdoms of crystals and plants. I have subsequently trained to be a practitioner to further my knowledge and to be able to share this system with others. For myself, I know my life flows more joyfully when I listen to my inner voice. Being creative, spending time in nature, working with colour all connect me to that voice. |

As an experienced general dental practitioner, I have been helping people overcome their dental anxiety for more than 20 years. More recently, I have become interested in hypnosis as a way to reduce anxiety and treat phobia, both in the dental setting and more generally. I trained with BSCAH (The British Society for Clinical and Academic Hypnosis) and completed their Foundation Level training. I then continued my studies to achieve my Graduate Certificate in Clinical Hypnosis and Related Techniques from Birmingham City University in 2020. As an active member of BSCAH my learning is ongoing and I continue to be fascinated by the complexities of the mind.
I offer group sessions for reduction of stress and improvement of wellbeing. Sessions for individual clients are tailored to their specific requirements following a full discussion and assessment.
