Qualifications: Dip sound therapy SHA
Details of therapy/experience: Sound Therapy offers a wonderfully gentle approach to health, healing and deep relaxation, with instruments being played using specialist techniques either on or off the body. It combines the power of ancient healing instruments with modern scientific knowledge into the effects of frequencies and vibration on body and mind. One to one sessions available. These sessions may be aimed at deep relaxation, de-stressing and body-balancing. Also, your personalised session may focus on any area of health and wellbeing you wish to work on, with targeted therapeutic techniques and Sonic Massage being used sensitively to restore natural balance, stimulating the body's own healing abilities. Sessions start at £40.

Sacred Education and Coaching. Trauma Informed Energy, Shamanic, Somatic and Feminine Embodiment Medicine.

Details of therapy/experience: Inspiration and lifeforce are offered to us from the Earth and the Cosmos. Energy, Shamanic, Somatic and Feminine Embodiment Medicine is a therapy which harnesses these energy streams and to support the mind, body and nervous system to come into flow and balance. These combined modalities are an essential and yet mostly overlooked and unknown aspect of the wellbeing jigsaw puzzle. Sessions combine a variety of techniques including traditional and intuitive coaching, movement, somatics, sound, breathing, visualisation, meditation, cord cutting and energy balancing.
Workshops and experiences are offered alongside 1-1 intensive bespoke and individualised sessions.

Qualifications: BSCAH Graduate Certificate in Clinical Hypnosis and Related Techniques
Details of therapy/experience: At the first appointment a full consultation is carried out to determine the nature of the client's concerns. This is completely confidential and allows the treatment to be tailored to the individual. During hypnosis, you are not asleep or unconscious so you remain in control at all times. Often you will be taught "self-hypnosis" which means that you have the ability to take control of your own situation whenever you feel the need to do so. No matter what issues you’re facing, get ready to free yourself from the negative, subconscious blocks that are holding you back

Reflexology, aromatherapy and more
Therapist/practitioner: Jane McPherson
Jane has had a great career in providing complementary therapies leading to running some lovely spas, including opening Grantley Hall.
She now prefers to support her local community with therapies that may be able to reduce treatment symptoms of cancer, anxiety, depression and maintaining wellness. She offers Reflexology, aromatherapy, remedial massage, Indian head massage and chakra balancing, coupled with intuitive healing, client rebalancing through Reiki, Crystal healing.
Jane also provides relaxing holistic facials with Temple Spa products.
Locally Jane also teaches yoga at Healey village hall on a Monday night and at Swinton Park Hotel and Grantley hall supporting hotel guests and day guests.
