Beginner’s Watercolour Experience with Ian Scott Massie
Wouldn’t it be great to pick up a brush, dip it into paint and create a painting?
Painting in watercolour is the art of mixing pigment and water to create images - a quiet, meditative, inspiring experience, exploring what makes the painter happy through movement, colour and form. Watercolour is a wonderful way to develop painting skills. Clean to work with and quick drying, it’s an ideal medium for the beginner. It calls for a combination of imagination, a few simple skills and enthusiasm to create colourful, evocative pictures. ”Thank you so much for the help you gave me last Monday, it has been invaluable.” (Roz) “I thoroughly enjoyed my tutorial and found it extremely helpful, thank you Ian.” (Gill) |
