Finding Your Singing Voice
Your experience leader: Ian Scott Massie
I am a musician and I‘ve sung all my life, partly for enjoyment and partly for therapy. As an asthmatic child I was taught breathing exercises and then had singing lessons. These were ways of controlling my illness but they also opened the door to a lifetime of making music. Through singing I discovered ways to express my feelings and this led to a long career as a performer and in teaching music to children and adults. Photo: Steve Christian |

We'll meet at The Happy House Masham, have a cup of something and begin by discussing the basic elements of singing. In the course of two hours we’ll listen to some inspiring music and discuss the sort of sound you’re searching for.
