Description of the experience:
Periodically pressing pause and assessing what is going on different areas and aspects of all life helps us to make informed and targeted changes for maximum effect. Life audits allow us to look at the overall picture of our life, as well as the intricate details and discern what is holding us back. They are a powerful coaching exercise for cultivating autonomy, facilitating impactful shifts, visioning and intention setting.
The 1-hour intensive change catalysing session includes a paper-based exercise and guided visualisation, alongside intensive coaching to stimulate curiosity and personal enquiry.
Location:
Happy House Masham is part of the home of artists Ian Scott Massie and Josie Beszant. It's rooted right in the centre of Masham - in the ancient Market Place. The room we'll be working in is the music room in the oldest part of the house, it's warm and friendly with plenty of interesting instruments and art on the walls. Come to the front of the building (Masham Gallery) where you'll be shown to the Happy House rooms. We’ll also be doing a short, level walk in the small market town of Masham and the beautiful countryside around it placing artwork in the environment.
Suitable for:
18 years plus
Please bring:
A notebook and a variety of coloured pens if you have them.
Max number of people: 6
Cost £80 (includes up to 6 people)
Please note: the building is home to 2 very friendly cats, whilst they won't have access to the room we are working in they will be able to access common areas.
