An introduction to Aura Soma with Claire Humphries
We so often Know the answers to our own questions, its just being able to contact that within ourselves that proves difficult ! The Aura Soma colour care system can help us to do that. The intellect has over shadowed the use of intuition in modern times. But now as uncertainty in how to navigate our world grows, listening to your intuition becomes more important. In this experience I would like to introduce you to Aura Soma so you can discover a little about the meaning behind the colours you are drawn to. (Its not always the colours we like the most that call to us.) In this way we can see ourselves a little more clearly. |
Event Details
An introduction to Aura Soma will take place over 2 hours at the Happy House in Masham, North Yorkshire. The experience is led by Claire Humphries, an Aura Soma practitioner and textile tutor.
The experience will take place in the inspiring surroundings of the Music Room of the Happy House and is suitable for small groups of up to 6 people.

Please be aware: the building is home to 2 cats. Although they will not have access to the room we are working in they may be in the communal areas. Please let us know if this could be a problem for you or any of your group.

- What is an equilibrium bottle?
- Your colour choice interpreted.
- Experience the energy of a colour pomander.
- Experience the energy of quintessence followed by a short meditation.
