One to One Yoga - with Frayah Humphries
Yoga is an ancient eastern practice literally translating as “to yolk” or sometimes translated as “to unite” it is the unity of mind body and spirit.
It is a wonderful way to connect with your body and calm the mind. Incorporating physical practices (asana) breath work (pranayama) and meditation to bring the individual into a state of harmony. A one on one session is a great way to develop a new practice if you have never experienced yoga before, to develop and personalise your current yoga practice or to get specific one on one help with any physical limitations to your practice. It is also a wonderful way to tune into yourself and practice in the traditional way of yoga which is teacher to student. Frayah teaches traditional Hatha yoga, along with Soundmoves yoga which works with resonant frequency breathing aiding the nervous system to heal. Depending on the individual needs and hopes from the session either pure Hatha can be taught or Soundmoves or a mixture of both. |
